Mp3splt: split MP3 and OGG files without decoding

Mp3splt is a free free digital audio splitter that can split large MP3 or OGG files without decoding and re-encoding. It offers a number of different ways to do this, including select split points and filenames manually, split automatically using a CDDB or CUE file, automatic silence split, extract tracks from Mp3Wrap or AlbumWrap files.

• Split by splitpoints: from the "player" tab you can do this visually, or you can click on the "Splitpoints" tab and create or edit split points by typing in time values.
• Split by CDDB or CUE files:this program get split points automatically from CDDB or from .cue files
• Automatic silence split: you will need to provide the parameters for this such as the threshold level to mark a "silence", cutpoint offset (between 0 and 1), minimum silence length to detect, how many silences to process, and whether to remove the silences between tracks.
• Split Wrapped files: can process files created with Albumwrap or the open source MP3Wrap
